Many of the animals kids recognize at the zoo are found in the savannas of Africa.
Giraffes, zebras, lions, elephants, and other famous creatures are all native to Africa. Students plant an edible savanna as they learn about many of these famous creatures who now sadly find themselves on the endangered species list.
